Credit card numbers are never kept on file. The numbers are deleted as soon as the transaction has been approved.

DEALER RETURNS
Product return will be accepted for a period of 90 days from date of invoice. Return must be pre-authorized and accompanied by authorization number to be accepted for credit. Saleable product must be in original packaging and in as-new, saleable condition and shipped prepaid at the returning dealer's expense. Restocking fee is 20%. Merchandise being returned for warranty credit must be pre-authorized and include all tool components. It is understandable that a reasonable amount of consumables, as normally consumed in the usage of the tool, will not be returned. Reason for return and explanation of how the customer was satisfied should accompany the return.
